I was having seven families over the next day and was not able to use the water to do anything, from shower to using the bathroom, to cleaning to cooking. In a panic I called around and Jim Kovalak Excavating was the only one that would come out and help. They were very professional and charged us a fair price. They were knowledgeable and took the time to show us what was going on . They also showed us some cost saving ways we could do some of the things ourselves, I know they had to squeeze us in but they did not make me feel that way. Carol who answered the phone and scheduled us was very nice and a pleasure to talk to. She understood my dilemma and said not to worry that they make sure we had a nice Easter and we did.
